VantPay Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VantPay. By using our mobile-first NFC payment technology at participating restaurants, you agree to these terms. VantPay provides a secure interface for diners to view live bills and settle payments directly from their devices without app installation.

  • User Eligibility: You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via encrypted mobile-native tunnels. VantPay does not store full card details on local restaurant hardware.
  • Live Bill Accuracy: While we strive for real-time synchronization with restaurant POS systems, minor delays may occur. Always verify your total before tapping to pay.
  • Fees: VantPay does not charge diners extra fees for using the 'Instant Tap' feature, though standard banking or data charges from your provider may apply.
VantPay Privacy Policy

At VantPay, privacy is built into our architecture. This document outlines how we handle the minimal data points required to facilitate your dining experience.

  • Data Collection: We collect temporary session data, table ID, and transaction totals to link your bill to your device. We do not track your location outside the venue.
  • Data Use: Your information is used strictly to process your payment and provide a digital receipt. We do not sell diner data to third-party advertisers.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard encryption. Every transaction is a private tunnel between your mobile wallet and our secure processor.
  • Your Rights: You may request a summary of your transaction history facilitated via VantPay at any time.
